Business Succession Planning for Behavioral Health Practices

Business Succession Planning for Behavioral Health Practices

Tuesday, March 25th at 4 PM via Zoom

Planning for an unexpected interruption of or end to your practice is important, especially for those in small or solo practices. Many refer to a business succession plan as a “professional will.” “Professional will,” however, is a misnomer because it is not actually a legal will. Instead, it is a business succession plan that should be incorporated into your overall estate planning documents. During this session, Dena M. Castricone from DMC Law will talk about the important components of business succession planning for behavioral health practices, including addressing important clinical delegation, health privacy and technology considerations. Participants will receive access to a business succession planning tool.
