I am a full time clinical consultant for the state of CT. I believe in evidenced based clinical models with an understanding that a majority of the models lack research and full understanding on the topics of implicit bias and systemic racism. I am currently working on becoming proficient in utilizing Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am client centered and solution focused with a strong belief that as a clinician, I am needed for a reason and a season; at times with the assistance of collateral contacts. Upon discharge, clients utilize learned skills and how to call upon their village (either re-established or newly formed) to continue their growth and healing. I am a full time wife and mother of 3 human children and 1 K-9.
