With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I’ve worked across outpatient programs, inpatient detox units, private practice, and academic supervision. My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in real-world application. I strive to create a safe, reflective space where clinicians can develop their voice, navigate ethical complexities, and grow their clinical skills. I enjoy working with early-career professionals and those in high-intensity or systems-involved settings.
Describe your current practice:
I operate a private practice in Sandy Hook, CT, providing individual therapy to adults. I also work part time at MCCA in Danbury. My clinical focus includes co-occurring disorders, substance use, and trauma. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, motivational interviewing and harm reduction, somatic, and trauma-informed care. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for MSW students and post-graduate clinicians, supporting them in building clinical competence, confidence, and ethical awareness.
